MOUTHFILL COURSE

This is a 3 days course aiming to teach how to do a mouthfill and using it efficiently during deep dives.
This course is suitable for freedivers who are mentally and physically ready for depth but are missing the deep equalization knowledge and practice.
The course includes:
6 dive sessions during which the freediver will master the following skills:
-Exhale diving
-Mouthfill practiced in combination with exhale and inhale diving
3 theory sessions during which you will be explained in details:
-Mechanics of the main equalization techniques
-Theory behind the mouthfill mechanics and how to perform a full efficient mouthfill
-Main problems freedivers encounter during the first approach with this technique and what to do to overcome each of them

Requirement: being able to dive comfortably to depth of 35/40m prior joining the course.
Price: 300 euro
NOTE: this course is about learning new techniques and not about deep freediving; the student will be allowed to perform deep dives only during the last day and only if he has mastered the required skills. Most of the teaching will be performed at relatively shallow depth. The student will need to provide his own equipment, and he will use bifins. No monofin or FIM is allowed until the last day. NOTE! MONOFIN COURSE

This course is for freedivers who want to learn how to use the monofin efficiently while freediving in open water or in the pool.
The course includes:
-1 confined water session during which you will learn and practice monofin swimming technique on the surface and underwater (dynamic apnea).
-1 diving session in the open water during which you will learn and practice monofin vertical swimming along the rope (constant weight)
-1 theory session during which you will learn what to keep in mind when you choose a monofin for yourself; variety of monofins and difference between them.

DIGITAL UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY COURSES

Level 1

This course is perfect for anyone wanting to get into photography or for those who have been doing it
for a while but would like to gain a bit more confidence using the camera.
-Introduction and a look at cameras, lenses and formats.
-Exposure, Apertures & Shutter speeds (and how they all work together)
-Apertures & Depth of field.
-Basic Composition
-Understanding Your Camera/ Housing setup.
The course includes one dive session where you will have the opportunity to put all the theory to the
test using your own camera under controlled conditions.

Level 2

This course is aimed at people who have completed the Level 1 course and have reached the point where they are ready to start getting more professional about their approach. The Level 2 course is also perfect for those of you who feel that they have a good understanding of the topics in the Level 1 course and can benefit by learning a few more technical skills.
-Freediving and Underwater Photography (technique, planning and safety)
-Using your camera in full manual mode.
-Proper use of flash/ strobes.
-Advanced Equipment (DSLR’s, Lenses and housing choices).
-Advanced composition technique.
This course will also have a dive session to use your newly acquired skills.
Course duration: 1 day.

Photoshop for Underwater Photography:

This course covers all the essential skills you need to work on your photos after you’ve taken them. In this course we will cover everything from saving your images from backscatter, advanced colour correction, cropping images for better composition to professional Black and White conversion.
Course duration: 1 day.
Price: 80 euro.
